An epic battle is being fought in the office. Over what you may ask? The scanner feature on the printer. The main printer's scanner emails users any document they scan in. All they need to do is select there email address on the touch screen interface.

But why the battle? Because someone recently quit, and their name was on page one of the display. Meaning someone can be moved to page one and not have to browse through the interface to find their name.

What does IT do about it, we just sit back and laugh. If Mr X asks we just say Mr Y already asked. When Mr. Z asks we say Mr X already asked. One of the mangers wants their squeaky wheel to get the spot, we ask big boss who threatens to move that persons desk to the dungeon.

Who will get the spot you may ask. Whoever is on page two position one, cause we are just going to delete it. We have our own printer and don't really give a damn. Doesn't mean we can have some fun and maybe get some free cookie bribes.

Hahahaha time to make fun of them... like changing names randomly, som when first one gets comfortable he's the first, change it... And when he complains tell he's no longer first....

May I cast my vote for 'randomize the list so that nobody knows what page they are on in said list?' Are there enough pages for that to cause aneurysms among the cubicle sheep?
Something kind of sad about the way that things have come to be.
Desensitized to everything, what became of subtlety?

Make it alphabetical. Not your fault if someone's name begins with the letter Z.
When you start at zero, everything's progress.
