Boss: <Store greeting>, may I help you?
Employee: I have a complaint about my hours.
Boss: What's your complaint?
Employee: I don't have any.
Boss: That's because you've been terminated for not showing up for work.
Employee: I showed up last week. I came in, did my shopping, and left.
Boss: That doesn't count. You need to be punched in.
Employee: Nobody told me that.
