Me: Hey, I need to get the service address changed for the tech. It's not urgent.

Help Desk Op: Not urgent? What if the customer needs to call 911?

Me: It's TV only so if they need to do that they are really screwed.

Help Desk Op: HAHAHA sorry let me take a look.

And all was fixed but not until tomorrow.

Now all I can picture is some SC hammering 9-1-1 on his remote over and over again, followed by a complaint: "I DIALED 911 BUT YER STOOPID THINGAMABOBBER DIDN'T DONE CALL THE COPS!!!"
