Wow, $24 a nice, keep dreaming pal. I love how this dude has a secretary and such, indicating that he might actually have a decent, well paying job, and yet he still wants us to believe that he is sincere when he says his rooms were $24 a night.
Even $50 rates are done with where I am at. We charge $79+ on weekdays. Old people get the best discount and there rate is still in the low $60 range. On average, we have an ADR of about $80 since we go up on the weekends.
