  • FAIL pizza - no suck, just funny

so someone orders a pizza with pretty much all the toppings that we have that other places don't. those toppings would be feta cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, and chopped garlic.

the abbreviations for said pizza are:

    F - feta cheese
    A - artichoke hearts
    I - spinach
    L - chopped garlic

so his ticket printed out as FAIL pizza

...well, i thought it was funny...
To err is human, to blame someone else shows good management skills.

Don't worry, I would've found that amusing as well.

    Reminds of one time back at MP. When looking up a book, it would have author's last name/ first initial then book title. I was looking something up for a customer when i saw a book named Itch by Barbara Little. Looked like this;

    Little, B/Itch

I told everyone in the store by the end of the day, it was the hilight of my week

LOL.. both of those are funny!

I used to work for a real estate auction company, doing research on developers in the area. I ran across one called "The Ball Group". That alone about did me in... until I discovered the President of the company and the VP were related, and both had the last name Ball. A Pair of Balls!

The icing on the Ball cake was that thier office was located on Hancock Creek Rd. That was it for me. I laughed about it ALL day. Hell, it's still funny to me and that was 2 or 3 years ago!

We have several levels of descriptions for products on our systems. There's a long version that the customers see, and there's a short version used internally.

The buyers delight in finding something particularly outre to put in there.

        Chopped apes - chopped apricots.

        Baby poo - baby shampoo.

One tells me she almost (genuinely accidentally) gave a short name for blackcurrant as missing the 'rra'.

We ran sort of a "meal deal" recently in the kitchen, and one of the items offered was fried chicken. Whoever put them in the system must have been paying no attention when they did it, because the description that printed on the receipt read SPECIAL F-CK.

And I thought it was funny when my pizza place referred to sausage and mushroom pizzas as "S & M pizza"!
