Last night on my audit shift a woman arrived to check in. When I asked her for ID and credit card she told me they were in the car (really, did you think we would not ask?) She went out and came back in with her husband's ID and credit card in his name. I had to ask her to bring her husband inside if they wanted to use his card. She left again and through her hands up in the air in a minor hissy fit. He came in and the rest of the check in went well.
I hope she does not think it is okay to use other people's Id. For all know she found this guy's wallet and was using his info to check in for a free night on his dime. Does she not understand it is all for the protection of the guest?
