Retail product loss levels up - low staffing may be to blame

I can't speak for other companies but where I work our losses have been up and our payroll has been down. If there's only one of you, you can only do so much. \\

It also doesn't help that corporate is constantly at us to put MORE live product on the floor to make the store look more "trendy and appealing".

Or...hire LP, have losses down decide LP is not needed, cut LP hours watch losses go up. Blame store.
