Working at a Casino means not only being subject to the policies of whatever company owns and operates it but also the State gaming commission.
These organizations seem to exist for no other to reason than to come up with dozens upon dozens of crazy rules, policies and restrictions to make working in a casino so verymore stressful and aggravating "fun". Also, they exist to make money. In order to work in a gaming position, you need a permit which can cost north of $100. Then you need to renew said permit (at the previously mentioned cost) every few years to, you know, keep your job.
I understand that "Gaming" as they are called, does occasionally do good things, but I'd be willing to be that just about anyone who works in a Casino could tell you at length how much they loathe these commissions.
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.
