The marketing site that we use (very well-known, large, monthly fee), just rolled out a new editing wizard. A very pretty GUI, with a somewhat Word-like formatting system.
Which is all well and lovely, except for one thing:
Their servers won't save edits.

This email has been on my plate since I got in today. I have NOT been able to send it, due to the aforementioned problems.
Tech Support is useless. They keep telling me "well, we expected to have some bugs, we'll look into it and get back to you." Yeah. That's really useful when I have LESS THAN AN HOUR to get this email out.
