My son has decided that this year for Halloween he wants to be Kirby, and I am to be Prince Fluff from the game Kirby's Epic Yarn. Of course there is no such thing as a commercial costume for this game, so it's up to me. I have a vague idea about pink and blue felt and some glue or possibly thread, similar to this Angry Birds costume:

I do not sew, I cannot sew. I can hem and maybe put a patch on something. Is this a project dunce like me can pull off? (I did use spray paint and cardboard to make a K-9 for our Doctor Who costumes a couple years ago)
For reference, here is a picture of Kirby and Prince Fluff:

Okay, I have formulated a more detailed idea. Cut out posterboard in Kirby-shape, cover with felt/make a back in the same shape/color. Cut holes for head and arms. Make Kirby's face from craft foam/more felt. Sound reasonable? Felt is on sale on the Joanne's website...
