A few of you may recall the story I told a few weeks back about how my family went to the restaurant with the red pepper, and my wife and I both got sick.
Well, I contacted them via their website, and explained the situation.
I didn't really expect to receive a reply other than some sort of basic "We're sorry, we value our customers, etc..." apology email.
What really surprised me, though, is I actually got a call from them. A guy called and was very polite and professional (as was I). He apologized on behalf of them, and asked what our bill was that evening. He actually mailed us vouchers for a dollar amount close to that.
I really, really wasn't expecting ANY of that. I seriously was just letting them know that I got sick. I wasn't expecting any type of compensation or anything.
