There are three ramps on my lake. One is public (which is hilarious, as when the snobs on the lake wanted to turn the lake into a private one they found out they couldn't, as that ramp is designated as a park and will always be public), and two are with marinas. We police ours (one of the marinas), but the other doesn't. All of them are $5 to get in. I don't know how they collect on the public ramp.
