So when you see the "divided highway begins" sign, you go to the RIGHT of the median.
This happened in a truck stop (one-way traffic once you're part-way along the driveway), so someone taking the wrong branch can wind up nose-to-nose with an 18 wheeler.
I was leaving after an overnight stay when someone took the wrong branch. I can understand a "civilian" being a moron, but this was a tow truck (with an allegedly professional driver) that had a car on the hook. Note that a small vehicle (like an F350) is NOT going to intimidate me into backing up.
