So, my credit card provider switched servicing banks and I had to call in to check on some things. I got into their automated system, which for verification asked me, "Please enter your date of birth, with a two digit month and a two digit year." Bip-bip-bip-bip-bip-bip. "I'm sorry, that does not match our records. Please enter in your mother's maiden name." (Big huge last name, screw that.)
So I talked to a representative, and after going around the bush a couple of times, I found out they didn't want my birth *date*. They wanted the month and year, but *not* the days. Silly me.
