Okay, let's review the facts here:
- You've replaced your phone 4 times
- You've replaced your battery twice
- You've done several master resets
and still, STILL you complain that your battery is draining too fast and your phone is running slow...and it's OUR FAULT! (tm) because the phone just HAS to be defective!
It couldn't be that maybe you didn't do the master resets correctly, it couldn't be that you've been being buying 3rd party batteries from some discount website. It couldn't be that every time you reset that phone you reload the SAME crappy "phone optimizer" and "battery boost" apps you apparently can't live without?
No, of course not! There's something wrong with the phone, there just has to be!
Let's completely ignore the fact the odds of having FOUR phones with the exact same problem are lower than hitting three straight jackpots in Vegas and that there truly is a logical explanation as to WHY you are having said problems, it just has to be me and <red checkmark> "sabotaging" you to get more money from you.
Not quite sure how that works but sure, okay.
So I tried, without success, to convince the guy that even if he got a different phone, odds are he'd STILL have the same issues unless he takes some common sense steps to deal with them.
It's like I was on some kind of twisted game show, every time I made an offer to help he'd scowl back: "NO DEAL!"
Then he wanted me to send him a shiny new iPhone 6 plus for all his trouble...free of course.
Yeah, okay. That might fix your battery issues but I'm sure as hell not about to do it. You want an iPhone? Pay up like the rest of us pal.
Then he called me unhelpful, cussed me out and hung up.
I wish I could say this were an isolated incident but I get this call at least three times a week without fail. People just never seem to understand they are causing their own problems especially where it concerns technology.
