Back when we just started at new store, we did have a somewhat grumpy lady there. She said the last crew never stocked her drink. (A energy drink) and she had to go employee area to get some.
It's not that big of a deal, the drink she wanted is is employee area by five feet. No big deal.
So i stocked it, fully. She's come in nice more often, and she smiles and is saying the store looks better. But anyway, I was in the back stocking, and was telling Swing boy that I always make sure to have that drink fully stocked for her, she's a nice lady who should have her cold drink. So we leave, and upfront the manager said a lady just said we were sweet boys. She must have overheard us through the coolers.
But, she still nice lady. I will always makes sure her drink is fully stocked and ready.
