  • Courtesy desk convincement game.... Three/Four levels

    I thought this would be a fun topic seeing as though certain situations in regards to specific returns gets customers very dissatisfied insomuch as to see a manager and to hear their side of the story! The customers play the convincing game where they want satisfaction for their return regardless of the drawbacks.

    Level one (Courtesy Desk Associate) ex: The associate refuses the refund because all the essential parts are not intact for what the product contained when the customer bought it. They ask for someone higher

    Customer intelligence level-10/10

    Level two (Customer Service Manager) ex: The Customer Service Manager is someone who will usually back up what the associate says by means of explaining that the company won't reimburse us for the defected return because they didn't bring so and so, They are convinced just as equally as the Courtesy Desk Associate. They ask for someone higher

    Customer intelligence level-9/10

    Level three (Assistent Manager) ex: These people depending on the situation of the return will either give way to satisfy the customer, this will also determine how competent your manager is, if they do accept the return over something so trite (overdue 90 day policy return, grossly used products etc...)

    Customer Intelligence level-10/10

    Level four (Store Manager) ex: They resolve the return situation on the spot and fast. After trying to convince three levels of employers they must listen to what the store Manager says!

    Customer Intelligent Level-5/10

    Game Over: If you are at level 4 or level 3 with no Store Manager and you still want to convince them to do what you say, be warned and watch your stupidity level... You must listen to what they say or act quietly and get the district office number for their insight on the policies if you want satisfaction, or else the cops and security will get involved with your ass!

    Customer intelligence level-0/10

    People just want to be happy and they think demanding over and over with upper management is going to change things, what the hell are they thinking, that's stupid!!??!!
