A few days ago this lady came in and asked for one of my co workers who was off today. I asked "How come you want to speak to her?" The lady said that the other day she was having a bad day and her children were getting on her case and she took out her anger on my coworker and she felt really bad about it and wanted to apologize to her. I just thought that was sweet that she came to the store wanting to apologize to her. Most SCs can't admit when they are wrong and they hardly apologize.
