We made up
From my thread "I made a coworker cry", well, the other night, that room runner pulled me aside and we settled our differences. No swearing, no yelling, and had complete privacy. I told her how she makes me feel. I told her I completely understand that everyone is stressed out, but she needs to watch how she words stuff, and she needs to really trust me and have faith that I am doing everything I can with DipShit the Impossible. She agreed, apologized, and said I needed to be more honest about how I feel and not have other people fight my battles for me.
All I really ever wanted was some support with DipShit. She used to deal with people like him all the time, I figured she of all people would understand my frustration. She promised from now on to believe in me fully and do whatever she could to try to get through to him if he refuses to listen to me, and even agreed to report to the boss every time DipShit undermines me and/or bypasses me and goes to her or another room runner instead.
All is good again...I hope!
