Our third consecutive week of no overtime allowed! YAY!!! I feel like it's Christmas and my birthday all over again!
Yay for dumbass bigwigs whose awful decisions, lack of knowledge of how to run their factory, insistence on pushing and pushing and pushing more and more and more and more faster faster faster faster.....which has led the first half of the factory to run out of work and customers are ordering less.....
As much as I'd love a break, I hope it doesn't end up like last year where we ended up having layoffs for 3 months......but it just might.
This happened last year. And they DIDN'T learn a damn thing!
But I'll enjoy it while it lasts. It will probably go back to a voluntary basis before it goes back to mandatory. But statistically, more employees will do overtime if it's voluntary.
Oh well...I better enjoy it while it lasts! We were on overtime for almost 9 months!
