My small but funny brain burp

I was showing a nice couple from Ireland around the kennels at work the other day, and the remarked on how adorable it was that some of the dogs share sleeping barrels, even when they each have their own.

"Yes," I replied, "It is very cute, especially when the really poofy ones do that". What I meant was the really fluffy dogs...they look like little snowballs curled up together.

I completely forgot what 'poofy' is slang for in Ireland.

The gentleman gave me a weird look and asked if we used that word the same way they did...

Indeed, it's not right to discriminate against the heterosexual and/or bisexual dogs. They're just as adorable
