I've had this far too many times - and for some reason, the full moon this weekend seems to have brought out a couple more than usual.
me - Ok, you have 48 hours from the time of your first trip in order to make payment.
them - well, I travelled at 2pm - is that within 48 hours?
similarly,
me - you get 24 hours unlimited usage, starting from the time of your first trip.
them - well, I started at 2 pm, and then I travelled again at 9 pm, is that within 24 hours?
well..... you tell me...?????
What I also hate is:
me - it's valid until 12 midnight on Sunday.
them - I travelled at 1am on Monday - does that count?
