I have a guy that comes in weekly for lab work and every time he comes in he brings his orders, photo ID and insurance cares. Not only does he bring them, but he presents them every time with out a fuss. During registration, he is pleasent and never causes a fuss. Wonderful little guy, I like it when he comes in.
Now I wish these idiots that haven't been in in six months, but can't bring their cards or won't show them, complains that every thing is the same and how this is a waste of their time could learn from my sweet patient.
