  • He Apologized!

    Yesterday, had a gentleman come in with a phone that was having an issue. The Tech was busy with another customer, so I took him. He said he'd been by earlier in the week, but must've just missed us. Then he said this:

    "I admit I got frusterated and left a very nasty message on your voicemail. I'm sorry to whomever had to listen to it, I wasn't angry at any of you, just at myself for not getting up here on time when I knew full well you guys closed at 6. I apologize."

    Now I didn't hear the voicemail, I think the Tech did, but I haven't had a chance to ask him about it. I just thought it was nice that he admitted to it and apologized. AND admitted his getting here late was his own fault! Wonders never cease.

    Oh, and we got his phone fixed and ready to roll in no time!
    I may be free from retail, but the nightmares still linger.....

    Wow! I think that's a once-in-a-lifetime thing there. That's awesome.
