Exclamation A new low in going to someone higher- the late J.C. himself!

A regular but kinda cheap customer dropped his car off. He had a used, wrong corner molding that he claimed I sold him that was wrong. I remembered this, mainly because he would ask every time, and every time I would tell him that the late style is NOT available used, and new is close to $100. Finally, last time he asked for SOMETHING, even one of the early type. This was an oh-by-the-way after he paid his bill, so I basically gave him an early type which is much narrower, and said try this then and return it if it doesn't work out for you, which I knew it wouldn't, instead of opening a new ticket.

Anyway, he kept on and on and ON about this, saying I SOLD HIM the wrong one, and he didn't want a refund but this wouldn't fit, YADDA YADDA. We looked through his tickets one by one as he went on and on and on again. Nope, never did we charge him for it! No charge, no receipt, no money back! I left the office when he said OH NO I'm a CHRIST-ian and I would NEV-er...........(slam!)

[CW] told me he sat there on the office couch and said, "I wish Jesus was sitting next to me right now."

As a christian myself, I can vouch a lot of people do a lot of stupid things even if they are a so-called "believer".

Christians can be sucky just like anyone else.

Standard warning:
Do NOT turn this thread into a Christian bashing free-for-all.

The topic is this the sucky behaviour of this customer.

That's pretty cheap of the CW. the claiming he paid, not bringing up Jesus. I had something related happen to me (not a poke at Christians). There is a EW CS at work who hates me, mostly because I tell her to get off the computers after being on for more than the alloted time. One day I walked behind her and I hear her say, "I hate her." Then she said when I walked the other direction, "I'm a Christian."

It seems he was trying to use that to indicate the he would never lie or mislead about anything and the OP was the one in error. When in fact the moron was trying to scam something.
