Short and sweet

I ordered a jacket from the Sears catalogue today. The lady on the other end of the phone was SO nice and friendly and guided me through everything. She actually put a smile on my face and in a MUCH better mood by the end of the phone call. (As I called my suburb went into blackout)

It was so nice to have someone who seemed to be in a good mood.
