1. I did what I said I was never going to do.
I got a Facebook. -_-*
(It's mainly to keep in touch with my brother and SIL, since bro's Army-bound as of this summer.)
2. You will NEVER guess what my dad brought home today.
Go on, guess.
Bet you can't do it.
I'm still scratching my head over this one...
Still trying?
Hint: it's fuzzy.
No, it's not another cat (I wish, heh).
Give up?
It's...
...
...
BABY CHICKENS. O_o (Yes way, Ted!)
There are 4 of 'em. 2 New Hampshires (the yellow ones, is my guess), 1 Barred Rock (all-blackish-brown one), and 1 New Jersey Giant (blackish-brown speckled one). (Whatever those names mean.) Evidently my folks think they're going to raise them for eggs. We are now officially down on the farm.
...I will start worrying if my dad starts bringing home cows or pigs next... O_o;
Bonus points: Last night I shampooed my rugs, because they needed it badly (the water was coming out *black* and these are light-colored rugs). So naturally, what does my one cat do the first thing the very next morning? (Cat owners are excluded from this by default, as we all know the answer, heh)
Harks a big one right back up on it. -_-* Now I have to spot-clean that area. Again.
*looks at cats* You guys are lucky you're so adorable, you know.
