Me: Ok I can add it for you, its an additional $249

Guest: I have to pay extra for it?

Me: yes ma'am

Guest: ummm....no sir, that is not mentioned on your website

Me: you dont have the package so if you want it added, its an extra $249

Guest: well that is not what I agreed to

Me: you said the agent didnt offer you the package

Guest: right so I want it now

Me: ok then it's an additional $249

Guest: we already paid $1100

Me: yes and that was for the villa

Guest: so I shouldnt have to pay more to add the package

Guest: well what about the fact that I told her it was my honeymoon and she never offered it to me, wont you take that into consideration?

Me: no ma'am because she didnt tell you that you were getting the package

Guest: this was the rate I agreed to, I am not paying more

Me: sure, for $249

Guest: Dave, I rented there two years ago and had a broken dishwasher that we called and reported and it never got fixed and they gave us not one penny for the hassle and now I am even coming back. I really think you owe this to me in gratitude for my loyalty. If you tell me no again, I am cancelling the fuckin reservation and never using you again

Me: well I will check with a manager

Guest: ma'am the manager said no....the package is $249

2 years ago, she apparently demanded a 50% discount for the dishwasher not working (she was offered 10% but refused it) and we told her we are not giving her a free honeymoon package. She cussed out the manager and said she will never be back. Bitch

Is this 'agent' another of you or an independent travel agent? If the latter, she should go back and harass the agent for not offering her the honeymoon package.
