wrong coffee order

Cx came through our drive thru and ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar, comes inside a few minutes later and is complaining the moment she walks in her coffee is wrong to everyone else waiting or in the area. I hear her say she got one with milk and wanted cream and sugar and she is late for work. So I make her coffee and put in on the counter, sorry here is the new one.

She is still complaining loudly on and on how her coffee is always wrong, I just stand there with my poker face, saying the new one is already made, as she carries on.

I understand its a pain, but ummm, didnt you say you were late. You could have been on your way almost five minutes ago.

She wanted to rant and rave like a lunatic. Then she'll drink the coffee, and when she's nowhere around any of you, proclaim it's the best she's ever had.

Of course, once she's late to work, she'll rant for her whole shift about the 'sucky coffee people.'
