  • I was a nice customer (kinda)

    Not exactly a customer but:

    I needed a reference for my airline ID pass from my school. Due to the unorganised admin at the airline ID dept the reference school sent each time was not good enough for them-which was the airlines fault. Long story short, the secretary and a teacher were so so nice and patient and kept filling in reference forms, sending them back asap etc. So I sent them a a nice box of chocolates to say thank you and got a lovely email back to thank me. I really appreciated their help.
    No longer a flight atttendant!
