Default Fitbit's great customer service

About 18 months ago, I bought a computerized pedometer called Fitbit. It keeps track of calories, steps, miles and also (which is the reason I bought it) it monitors your sleep wake cycle if you wear it to bed. Very cool, and there's a web page I can upload the data to and keep track of my progress.

Well, I have't used it in awhile and I lost the wrist band it came which, which I need to wear it to bed (during the day I clip it to my bra). I wrote the company to see if I could purchase a new wrist band (I specifically asked to buy one).

They're sending me one for free!

Thanks, Fitbit!
They say that God only gives us what we can handle. Apparently, God thinks I'm a bad ass.
