CW - How many people were you expecting? (both thinking a few people)
SS - There should be 25-30 people coming. Weren't you notified?

When is the meeting to happen?
SSB - They should be here now. Soandso from HR was organising it.
CW - We weren't notified about a big meeting for today. If we were, we would have had passes ready for them. Do you have a list of names?
SS - No, Soandso hasn't given me one.
Me - (If you don't know, how the fruit are we supposed to know
) Are they Flaming Turd staff or outside people? If they are Flaming Turd staff, we can give them a Day Pass each.
SS - I'm not sure, we will find out.
- 10 minutes later SS & SSB are back in reception -
SS - They are coming now. They are all Flaming Turd staff.
Me - (expecting a list of names but not getting anything) Brilliant. They can have Day Passes. Sign here.
- 32 Day Passes later they finally clear out -
- 15 minutes before I am finished for the day, they all come back.
I was hoping they would still be in the building until after I left. Then they would be security's problem.
SS & SSB did however promise to notify us anytime they have even one person coming in. They didn't know how outsiders were give access to the building. SS even said he would tell Soandso off for not notifying us of the meeting. I doubt Soandso will care. Apparently this isn't the first time they have done it. It isn't even the twentieth, it's too many to count.
Does it look like I have 30 people in my reception area?
