Spectrum

She based on the series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. She represents the organisation as a whole. Rainbow Mane for the Captains and Lieutenants and Main White body for the Colonel. Cuite Mark is the symbol of Spectrum and freaking hard to paint >.< Nowhere near perfect but if I tried much more I'd have ruined it.

Yup, She's vanished with Matt seal that I used for another project of a similar nature so I knew it would be fine.
