I'm talking about the "mixer" feature when you click on your volume control. It lets you adjust the volume level for each program you are running. I like this because it allows me to play a flash game in internet explorer and listen to music files at the same time. I like keeping a low volume on the game so that it doesn't overpower the music.
It's been fine since I got this computer, saving it at whatever level I left it at, but now, whenever I exit IE, it goes back to 100%. This is something new that just started yesterday for no apparent reason. I can't find anything that will tell it to save the volume as I left it.
What I really need is for microsoft to install a new option on windows called "stop sucking!"
