If you see an tow operator, or police/rescue people working on the side of the road, please slow down and get into the other lane (if there is one).

The person in the video is my brother in law. My sister came within inches of becoming a widow that night. The only thing that saved him was the truck was over and did slow way down.

I Haven't seen the video till today, I knew about the incident, but it freaks me out.

Situations like that are why moving over or slowing down (if you can't change lanes) is the law here. It's something that I've always done even before it recently became law.
