Phone stories.
Note, all library phone numbers start with (832)
cw1, cw2 and me.
cw1: Thank you for calling X library, how can I help you?
customer: *needs phone number for someplace that has been closed*
cw1: That place has been renovated, they show they are open now. Their phone number is 713-xxx-xxxx.
cw2: uh, cw1, is that the Blue branch? They show they were closed for renovations, but they are now open.
cw1: no, not them.
cw2 should been paying attention, that the number cw gave began with "713," so it couldn't be our library.

I was looking at the payment log for articles people pay for. One entry reads:
10/10/12-No charge, per Jenny D., as patron lives in Europe-gt
Uh, I paid for stuff that was in Europe. I just had to go to the post office to get a special money order (or check, can't remember). Beside, since people call us with their credit card info., I'm sure people in Europe can pay stuff with a credit card.
