So I had the third floor by myself. Not good, I dread 3rd floor by myself.
First, the lift isn't working. We use the lift (it's like a dumb waiter) to move items from floors. The lift isn't working on our floor so when we request things from storage, someone actually has to come down with the items.
Of course bunch of morons send the items to the third floor anyway, and items go to other floors.
So I had to deal with that. Luckily the patrons were very considerate and wern't being dicks about how long it was taking.
Then I get this SC.
The sc was nice at first. He had a cd that Social Security sent him. I told him that our computers probably wont' read them, but lets try. I got to the start button, then see "computer" which I was surprised we had on there. So I was able to bring it up. He asked me to show him how to do it. After 3 times, he told me to calm down. Then he started to question my professionalism and I told him not to disparage me.
Sc: oh, so you think I wouldn't know that word?
So he keeps on being loud and wanting a manager. I walk away to call one and he follows me and keeps up that shit. I tell him to lower his voice and he keeps on being loud. I go to the telephone reference room to get away from him and to get the manager that was on the phones. I go get her but of course the asshole left. So looks like he loggedo out of the computer he was on.
So I latter go look for an item that might have been sent on the lift to the first floor. There is the asshole, complainig to the chief. He said, "she wont' have a job by next week, I am coming every day next week to see she isn't here."
He goes up latter, sees me helping a white guy, and the SC calls me a racist.
Karma must have bit the sc, since he wasn't watching the reservation queue and I think his number came up but since he was busy looking at me and saying I won't be here next week.
