Well I was amused

Working the till the other day and a guy comes up to me and asks for a refund on some lights that didn't work so I call my supervisor over and he takes a look at the lights and the receipt and then we both realise about the same time that it isn't for our shop it for Competior in the other section of the retail park. We gently point that out and you could almost hear the mental facepalm of the guy. He laughed it off and apologised for wasting our time.

I spent the next five minutes giggling to myself. Okay so I'm easily amused

But it's such fun. Now you can tell people that the competition's stuff doesn't work.
