I had my first real experience with a Customer that shocked me so much that I still am 
over it.
A Customer who just opened an account with us not to long ago was in my window and I was joking with him about his cup of coffee and how my day would have been better if he shared.
Him: I'm really surprised you guys don't have any coffee.
Me: We have some in back but no creamer. I can't have my coffee without creamer you know.
It really wasn't more then 5 minuets later when I spot him walk back in with 3 coffees from the Golden Arches for us tellers.
I felt horrible, shocked, and surprised. I really was joking, but man that made my day.
