I understand that sometimes a car can... drift over the line a bit. I accept that.
I also accept that some people change lanes this way. They just drift over to the next lane. Sometimes without signalling. I accept this as well.
What I do NOT accept is when someone is drifting over the line, no signal on, and still doing it even as I'm moving up into that space. I also do NOT accept that they will ignore BOTH honks of my horn and keep cruising along, straddling the line.
Thank god there was no one in the next lane over as I scooted over to get around this jackass and get him behind me.
He sped up for a bit, trying to pull level with me. He eventually dropped back and I went on the rest of my commute.
