Well, he did have a granddaughter back in the original Who series 1. He then had another cloned daughter [can't remember the specific season and episode] and he did 'dally' offscreen with various women - Queen Elizabeth 1, Marilyn Monroe and others. It is not entirely impossible that she is a great granddaughter, or another partial Time Lord by-blow.

River & Captain Jack would be interesting.Clara is the offspring of River Song and Captain Jack Harkness. She doesn't regenerate like most time lords, she stays the same person..but forgets her past life.

I rather doubt she'd be any other time-lord (lady?) possibility cos the only other one alive I can think of is Jenny. And this is a family show.
