When I explained this to my now 10-year-old nephew, it freaked him out! He loves the Simpsons, and couldn't imagine them having (gasp!) FIVE FINGERS ON EACH HAND!

I loved that episode. Bart, Lisa and Maggie actually didn't look that bad as "normal" characters

I wonder what Marge would look like if she was "Caucasian"-ised though. (yes, I know about the live-action opening)
