Charles "Chuck" Cassidy a 25-year vet. of the Philly police was killed by a gunman who was robbing a donut shop(If the events weren't so tragic I'd make a joke here), according to information the robber shot Sullivan in the head and took his revolver before fleeing the scene. Hope they catch this asshat.
