I've seen a call logged because the callers breakfast was too hard.

I've also attended a call where a parent was berating their child and during the course of the argument the mother dialled 999 to show the child they were serious over the meaning of a word! I wasn't amused at that one.

It sounds as though the gutter appeared loose to the caller, and it would have made more sense had the caller called the bank or gone into the bank to report the issue.
Whoops, misread "falling" as "fallen." And I took "Notified bank manager" as the caller had already done so. Hmm, so, caller tool, though I'd still like more details from it. Preferably pics, so we could see if it was actually serious... I'd also like a pony, 'cause if it was serious, that pony's got WINGS!

The report said the gutter was "falling" not that it had fallen. It sounds as though the gutter appeared loose to the caller, and it would have made more sense had the caller called the bank or gone into the bank to report the issue.

1244. That'd be during lunch, no? Without more details of the call, I can't honestly say this is a bad reason to call the police. Why'd the gutter fall? Did it fall on a vehicle? Did someone run over it, and now they want a police report?
