    There is a street on either side of the railroad tracks. I usually go down the one side and cut across to the other (which is playing a river in this video) at one of the two cut-throughs, because it is easier to get through a weird intersection from that side. (That street ends at a cross street, on the other side of which is a small lake, whose dam was not up to the task.) I had to take a detour, and then I had to take a detour from my detour. Took me an extra 20 minutes or so, I think. On my way home there were still roads closed but I couldn't see any water and I could see traffic approaching the light from the direction of that river street (before I turned down the detour). I don't know if the road was open completely or if it was just local traffic; I wasn't curious enough to go that way and see. I came around from the other side and figured I would see how far I could get. At the point where the road was closed there is a liquor store on the corner, and next to the "Road Closed" sign they put up a "Liquor Store is Open" sign.
