These are animated gif images where only one part of the picture moves - kinda like the magical photos in Harry Potter.
A couple of them look rather fake - one or two even looked sloppy, but there's some good ones too
my favorite so far has to be #4: The Doctor in the rain and #12: photographer & waterfall - not just because of the content but because they actually did a good job on those.
