So, episode 1 - the 'resus trolly' in the interrogation room had no BVM, only a NRB mask,
Jack used what appeared to be an epi pen (of some description) and delivered it to the sternum, that aint gonna work. Either that or it was a BIG, but he didn't deliver any drugs through the IO access.
When he pulled the cannula out of Chloe's arm, it didn't bleed in the slightest - probably because the cannula was only taped to her skin.
Oh, and tasers don't knock people out.
I might have got a bit shouty at the TV...
