Hey, everybody. It's 4:40 AM, my eyes are burning and at 5 I start walking to work.
I have a fairly large problem. This is my first job, and due to my school schedule, I have only been working weekends 6 AM - 2 PM (3 on Saturdays). But since there is such a large gap between workdays, I cannot relax and sleep before I wake up at 4. I'll go to bed at the right time, but I'll constantly wake up, or get maybe an hour of sleep. I recall waking up at 2 AM today, and then proceeding to wake up 5 minutes before my alarm. This has been the case ever since my schedule got changed to just weekends, which was back in January.
How can I relax?! It's not like I'm nervous about my job, I've been working there since October. I just can't sleep on worknights. And Sunday nights onward after my workdays, I sleep like a cat.
It's not like I can't keep going on like this... But I want a proper night's rest before work for once!
