I have a very good friend who is getting married in a couple of weeks, and I'm one of her bridesmaids.
Last night after work, I dreamt that my bf and I were driving to her wedding and my car died, and my boyfriend got mad at me for not taking care of what's been wrong with it, so he walked off and went to their wedding (which for some reason was at our local sports arena) and hooked up with a cheerleader.
Meanwhile, I was trying to fix my car myself and completely soiled my bridesmaid's dress in automotive fluids. I got to the wedding late and my friend screamed at me for ruining her wedding.
Today as I was telling my friend about the dream, she said she keeps dreaming about walking down the aisle naked!
I think we can chalk it up to nerves. I've always been nervous about my car, moreso lately because I have a transmission fluid leak, and my boyfriend has been gone for over 2 weeks out of state.....and I've always had dreams about him leaving me for other girls because I've never been in a single relationship where there hasn't been an epic ex gf or some other girl that steps into the picture.
Gaah.....those meds from the Freddy movies, the ones that keep you from dreaming, are they real?!
