NSERC is the grant body for natural sciences and engineering. Hubby didn't get a scholarship 
. We're really worried, because he only got it once before (just barely) and next year is the last year he can apply. I wish they had a category for "sorry, no funding the years this person applied" so that C.V.'s don't suffer as much.
Here's hoping his climb in the standings continues so he can get it next year! (first year he didn't get forwarded, second year he got it off the wait list, this year the letter said it was strictly because of funding cuts).
